Mark Harder is a dedicated conservative leader with a proven track record of delivering results for the people of St. Louis County. Born and raised in our community, Mark has spent his life fighting for the values that make our district strong—freedom, fiscal responsibility, and community empowerment.
Mark's commitment to public service runs deep. As a member of the County Council, he has been a steadfast advocate for accountability, transparency, and fiscal discipline in government. Mark has fought tirelessly to hold the Page Administration accountable and to push back against out-of-control mandates and spending that threaten the prosperity of our community.
Throughout his career, Mark has been a champion for economic development, job creation, and education. He understands the importance of empowering parents, improving educational opportunities for our children, and creating a business-friendly environment that fosters growth and innovation.
Mark is also a strong supporter of law enforcement and public safety. He believes in supporting our police officers and ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to keep our communities safe.
In addition to his work on the County Council, Mark has led efforts to pass critical legislation, including the Senior Property Tax Freeze and measures to combat vehicle theft and catalytic converter theft.
Mark is a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather who is committed to delivering results for our families, our district, and our state. He is not afraid to stand up for what he believes in and to fight for the values that matter most to our community.
